| POLE TYPE | INFORMATION |
|---|---|
| Fixed - Single Arm (Smart Pole) | A Fixed Single-Arm Pole, usually in the context of a Multi-Function Pole or Smart Pole, integrates advertising with advanced urban technology. The fixed banner arm provides a point for highly visible, fixed, and non-rotating signage used for directional marketing, event promotion, or civic announcements. Because the banner is held on a single arm, the bottom edge is typically attached directly to the pole to keep it taut, ensuring readability from a single angle, but requiring elevated equipment to physically access and change the message. |
| Fixed - Double Arm | A Fixed Double-Arm Pole is characterized by two horizontal that are physically bolted or banded to an existing vertical pole, column, or wall. Its primary advantage is creating a permanent, highly visible display that keeps the banner fabric perfectly taut and readable at all times, regardless of wind conditions. While changing the banner requires elevated equipment and can be time-consuming, this system is ideal for long-term branding or city streetscape campaigns where a high-impact, non-rotating visual and structural strength are paramount. |
| Traditional | The traditional External Halyard Flagpole utilizes a simple, classic pulley system with the rope located on the outside of the pole and tied off to a cleat at the base. Its main advantages are low initial cost and simple maintenance, as the external components are easy to access for quick DIY adjustments or repairs, like replacing a worn rope. This style offers the easiest operation for quick raising and lowering of the flag and appeals to those who prefer the tactile, hands-on tradition of hoisting a flag, providing a timeless, classic look. |
| Flag Trax | The FLAG TRAX System is a highly efficient street flag display solution designed primarily for lampposts, columns, and walls, enabling flag changes in seconds from ground level. This innovative system uses a durable aluminum track and a 'PushPull' rod mechanism, which eliminates the need for expensive elevated equipment and complex traffic management plans. FLAG TRAX is a cost-effective and safe way to run frequent, high-visibility promotional, event, or seasonal campaigns in urban areas, supporting various flag sizes and featuring a secure, key-accessible locking mechanism at the base. |
| FLAG-extender | The FLAG-extender System is a versatile advertising tool designed for use on traditional flag poles that ensures your message is always visible, independent of wind conditions. Utilizing a flexible carbon-fiber rod and modular, lightweight components. Its key advantage is 100% constant visibility a cost-effective solution for high-impact promotions |

These Flags are attached to street poles via clips or cable ties, usually the pole manufacturer will specify the optimal way to fix the flag to the pole.
The standard fabric used for Street Flags is 135GSM knitted polyester (trilobal).
Street Flags are usually printed mirror image as this is lighter weight and less load on the poles. They can also be printed double-sided (sewn back to back) but they need to be smaller in size.
You can request for Street Flags of any size you like. However, you need to take into consideration that the larger they are, the higher the load on the poles, and the more wind is needed for the Flag to fly.
Flags and Street Flags (or Banners) are essentially the same thing, many councils and permanent flag locations are on roads and so are called ‘Street Flags’.
