Finishing
Aluminium frames are cut to your required length. Maximum length is 6m.
To ensure efficient processing and maintain competitive pricing, Selby's requires artwork submissions to adhere to the following specifications. Artwork not meeting these guidelines may incur an additional artwork charge for necessary adjustments by our operators.
1. File Requirements:
- Individual Files: Each design must be submitted as a separate file.
- Acceptable File Type: We only accept .PDF files.
- Raster Images: Please do not submit raw raster files (e.g., .jpg, .png). These must be embedded within a Selby's artwork template and saved as a .pdf before submission.
- Artwork Templates:
- Download templates from our website. Do not change or alter the size.
- If you are unsure which template to use or cannot find the appropriate one, please contact your Selby's representative for assistance.
- Non Template products: For custom size banners and other non-template items a standard 50mm bleed on every edge is required.
- Fonts: All text must be outlined or converted to shapes to avoid font compatibility issues.
- Vector Graphics: Where possible supply artwork in vector format.
2. Colour Specifications:
- Pantone Spot Colours: For specific colour requirements or colour matching services, please ensure Pantone spot colours are clearly specified within your artwork file.
- CMYK Values: While we accept colours supplied as CMYK values, we cannot guarantee exact colour matching due to potential machine and ink variations. Colours provided in CMYK will be printed as supplied.
- Spot Colour Conversion: All named spot colours other than Pantone will be rejected and returned.
- RGB Format: Files submitted in RGB format will be rejected and returned.
3. Image Requirements (Raster Graphics):
- Minimum Resolution: We recommend resolution between 90 to 150 DPI (dots per inch) for all photos and raster images.
- Embedding: All raster images must be embedded within the PDF or AI file. Do not link external raster files.
- Original Rasters (If Unsure): If you are unsure about the embedding process, please include the original raster image file separately along with the templated artwork.
Artwork Specs
File Format Required
All artworks is to be supplied as a print-ready .pdf with the following specifications*:
- Use Selbys’ supplied product template.
- If no template is supplied, add 50mm bleed on all sides.
- Templates are supplied at 10% of final size – do not adjust or resize them.
- At 10% scale, artwork resolution must be 900dpi.
- Outline all fonts (convert text to curves/paths).
- Ensure no elements are set to overprint.
- Embed all images before exporting to PDF.
- Delete all template lines and guides before exporting.
- Provide one single-page PDF per design (multi-page proofs not accepted).
- Save PDF in CMYK colour mode (not RGB).
- Where possible, use Pantone Solid Coated colours (especially for logos).
- Supply Pantone colours as spot colours, not converted to CMYK.
* Please note that extra charges may be incurred if artwork cannot be supplied as per the above specifications.

The Fabric Frame hardware can be installed onto a wall either by screwing directly into the wall through the frame, or by hanging on the wall like a picture frame.
The max safe size is around 3m square for a free-standing frame, and wall-mounted frames can be any size you need.
The frames are silver, but we can powder coat them in any colour if required.
The Fabric Frame hardware is available in single-sided or double-sided extrusion.
Fabric Frames can have eye bolts added to the top to install hanging.
Yes, we can print replacement prints and send them to you to put into the frame. The prints are very easy to swap in the Fabric Frames.
Fabric Frames are very simple to assemble. They are connected on the corners with an allen key.

All polyester flags and banners can be recycled reducing the reliance on landfill. Once returned we remove all plastic, silicon and metal fixtures which is broken down to polyester fibre and becomes the building block for new polyester products.
