These wheel bases slide under the car’s wheel which gives it a lot of support. The wheel base is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

What size do Teardrop Flags come in?

We have a small (2.1mH), medium (2.9mH), and large (4.1m) size.

Can Teardrop Flags be printed double-sided?

We can either print single sided mirror image reverse, or true double sided right reading both sides.

What material is used for Teardrop Flags?

The flags are printed on polyester fabric, with an elastic pocket for the pole (black elastic only).

What is the pole made out of for Teardrop Flags?

The poles are flexible carbon fibre, multiple pieces that fit together.

Can I just get the Teardrop Flag if I have existing hardware?

If you have purchased hardware from Selby’s then we can produce replacement flag skins to suit your existing poles. Our flags may not fit poles from another supplier.

Can I cable tie my flag to a pole instead of using a base?

A lot of people do this but we do not recommend it. There is only a very short length of pole at the bottom of the flag to tie off to. Also the flag can get twisted if the pole cannot rotate in the wind.

How long will my Teardrop Flags last?

Generally Teardrop Flags last 3-6 months but this is very much dependant on weather conditions. Storms and extreme wind can cause flags to deteriorate faster.

How to care for your flags?

Always ensure that the tip section is all the way to the very end of the binding of the flag. This will avoid the possible piercing of the fabric.
Ensure the pole sections are securely fitted together.
As the flag rotates 360 degrees make sure the flag has enough clearance to avoid rudding on walls, plants, etc.
To increase the lifespan of your flag take down in extreme weather conditions.
